eTailer - Additional Payment Gateways


As standard, eTailer supports three payment gateways - PayPal, Google Checkout and simple email ordering. However, eTailer payment gateways are highly extensible and are designed to be plug 'n play which means that additional payment gateways are easily added to your eTailer installation.

Emerald Solutions has developed the additional payment gateways listed below, and each can be purchased online and installed on your current eTailer installation.

If you require a custom payment gateway, then consider purchasing the eTailer Payment Gateway Developer's Toolkit which will allow your developers to seamlessly integrate custom payment gateways into your eTailer installation. All that is required to use the toolkit is a copy of Visual Studio .NET 2005 and knowledge of developing Web Application Projects in C#. The toolkit contains help files and a fully functioning example payment gateway to get you started.

Authorize.NET Payment Gateway

The Authorize.Net payment gateway is available for purchase from Emerald Solutions. This gateway will allow you to take credit card payments online using Authorize.Net's AIM method. For more information on using Authorize.Net to take credit card payments online, please see the Authorize.Net website.

The Authorize.Net gateway is provided in DotNetNuke PA format. You simply install the gateway as you would any other DNN module.

NOTE: You must have a copy of eTailer installed on your portal before installing any additional gateways.



Protx VSP Form Payment Gateway

The Protx VSP Form payment gateway is available for purchase from Emerald Solutions. This gateway will allow you to accept payments online using Protx VSP Form method. For more information on using Protx to take credit card payments online, please see the Protx website.

The Protx gateway is provided in DotNetNuke PA format. You simply install the gateway as you would any other DNN module.

eTailer Payment Gateway Developer's Toolkit

If you require a custom payment gateway, then consider purchasing the eTailer Payment Gateway Developer's Toolkit which will allow your developers to seamlessly integrate custom payment gateways into your eTailer installation. All that is required to use the toolkit is a copy of Visual Studio .NET 2005 and knowledge of developing Web Application Projects in C#. The toolkit contains help files and three fully functioning example payment gateways to get you started.

The toolkit is provided as a Visual Studio .NET 2005 solution, and is intended for software developers with experience of building web applications in C#.
